How to Discover Brands on Seek?
Discover new handpicked brands every time you open the app. Most brands offer a special discount on your first purchase.
What are Exclusive Rewards?
Rewards and Offers that are brought to you through an exclusive partnership are tagged with an “Exclusive” badge on the top right.
How can I shop on Seek?
- When you open a Reward Card, you will first see a REDEEM button that gets you a unique code to use at the Brand’s website.
- You can tap the VISIT WEBSITE button after you’ve generated your code to visit the brand’s website directly in the Seek Rewards App.
- If you face issues with the in-app browser, you can open the link in your device default browser. Just tap on the three-dots icon on top right.
How can I get support after buying from a brand?
All orders are placed directly on the brands’ websites.
Although all brands on Seek are vetted and verified, we recommend you to please review the Returns and Cancellation policies of brands you visit before placing an order.
